Drug Testing and Medical Device orders are shipped between 24-48 hours depending on availability. Please email customer services with your concerns if it has been more than 48 hours, you tracked the order on our website, and the drug test kit order shows not shipped. This rarely happens. We strive to get or drug and medical test kit orders out promptly.
